1. Display Location: All registered vehicles will be displayed on the track. Once positioned, vehicles must remain stationary until the designated move time.
2. Vehicle Movement: Registered vehicles cannot be moved before 12:30 PM on the day of the event, except in cases of emergency. In the event of an emergency that requires moving the vehicle, please notify an event coordinator immediately.
3. Arrival and Setup: All vehicles must be in their assigned position by 8:30 AM. Gates will open for vehicle arrivals starting at 7:00 AM. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure timely arrival and setup.
4. Event Ticket Requirement: Participation in the vehicle display requires that the vehicle owner holds a valid ticket to the event. The display of vehicles is free of charge, but entry to the event venue is only granted to ticket holders.
5. Behavior and Conduct: Misbehavior and hooning (reckless driving) are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Any such incidents will be immediately reported to and dealt with by onsite security and local law enforcement authorities.
6. Compliance: By registering to display your vehicle, you agree to comply with all event guidelines and instructions provided by ACC Aus Day 2025 organisers. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in removal from the display and potential exclusion from future events.
